Note:

Due to the high power of the power amplifier board, a fan (DC24V fan) must be installed for long-term high-power operation. The power is large and the heat is also large.

Features:

Note:

1. AC N and AC L power supply input AC 210-230V. Do not exceed the supply voltage range.

2. P1 two-core row seat +24v G DC output, for connecting 24v fan. Pay attention to the fan polarity and do not connect it backwards.

3. The high power of the power amplifier requires heat dissipation, and the heat dissipation is also required for no-load. In addition to the heat sink, there are many other heating elements. These components also need fan blowing, such as transformers, output inductors, large resistors, large capacitors, and ballasts Bridge piles, these are relatively hot, and need a fan to reach them. It is recommended that the fan blow from the power amplifier section to the power section.

4. SPK-SPK+ load output, connect 4 ohm to 8 ohm speaker, not to connect the speaker with load less than 4 ohm.

5. The auxiliary power supply of the P2 row seat output +/-15v current to the front stage is only 500MA, can not be used for overload, and can not be connected to the input voltage, it is only output to the front board.

6. The G in of the P2 row seat is the signal input. G stands for GND, which means the ground wire. It is also the negative signal input. In stands for the positive signal input. Do not connect the polarity reversely. Remember. When the maximum input signal is 1.5V, the output power reaches the maximum value. It should not exceed the input 1.5V to avoid damage to the amplifier due to overload.

7. It is better to use shielded wire for input signal wire to avoid interference. The input signal cannot only be connected to the signal input positive and not to the signal ground. Remember to avoid damage caused by self-excitation.

8. The AC power supply is high-voltage, and it cannot be tied with the bass wire. The AC input is high-voltage, and it cannot be tied with the signal input, auxiliary power +/-15 output, and speaker output cable.

9. Do not tie the signal input together with the speaker wire. So as not to cause high-frequency self-excitation to damage the power amplifier.

10. The switching power supply is with high voltage. Remember not to touch the high voltage part with hands.

11. If D12 lights up in red, it means there is a short circuit in the power amplifier. Maybe the fan is short-circuited, or the front-end power supply is short-circuited. Or the power amplifier is damaged.

12. If the radiator temperature exceeds 85 degrees, the power amplifier will automatically protect and stop working. After the temperature drops, it will automatically start.
