Q: Why open the gamepad switch LED doesn’t flash, also can not connect to the device?

A: Please confirm whether the battery is installed or whether the battery is properly installed

Q：Why the LED flashing used in process?

A: If is low battery consumption need to replace the battery

Q:Why sometimes appear LED flashing or button delay in the use of the process?

A: Maybe there are too far away from the TV, can be used to extend USB cable for receiver

Q:Why the gamepad can not be used in the computer game?
