Cloudray's FE-200M fume extraction and filtration system has been designed to provide a cost effective solution for light duty applications.

This Compact and extremely quiet system is ideal for use in schools, sign making workshops, small scale industrial environments and light laser coding applications.

1. Connect the power

Before connecting the power supply, it is necessary to confirm whether the operating voltage and frequency match the device model.

2. Connect the arms

Connect the smoking arm to the device, and align the funnel with the smoke generating station. ( Keep within 15cm from the smoking point. The closer it is, the better the effect.)

3. Power on the fume extractor

Press the button switch, the switch lights up in green; the indicator light flashes for a while at the same time. When the indicator light continues to light up, the machine starts to run.

4. Adjust the air speed

Adjust the air speed knob to select the appropriate air volume. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the air volume; turn it counterclockwise to decrease the air volume.

5. Filter replacement tips

The digital tube displays the percentage of pressure different in real time. ( Note: the wind speed knob needs to be adjusted to the maximum )

When the real-time differential pressure is less than or equal to 50%, the green indicator light is always on.

When 50% < real-time differential pressure ≤ 80%, the yellow warning light is always on.

When the real-time differential pressure is greater than 80%, the red indicator light flashes constantly, and the buzzer rings every 2 seconds, and stops after ringing 10 times. If the filter element has not been replaced, the buzzer will repeat after power off and restart.
