1. Once the goods arrive, please check whether the product is in good condition. If everything is normal with the package and the product, please test it first (only connect the LCD to the motherboard for testing) and confirm that it is correct before installing; if there is any damage to the package or the product, please do not accept the package and give us feedback.
2. All products, 6-month warranty, 100% brand new, and strictly tested before shipment.
3. If you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us within 3 days after receiving the package (physical pictures, videos and other evidence must be provided, especially the "MS" label to prove that you purchased the items in our shop), we will provide replacement /Refund service. If the LCD is damaged after installation, the warranty is invalid. Orders are non-refundable! If you are satisfied with the product after testing. Then you can install it on your phone.
4. If the LCD has been installed and some problems are found. Please send it back to us within 3 days. We will send you the replacement part (the return shipping fee will be paid by you, and we will pay the shipping fee for the resend.
