Q1: Does the screen have a digital fingerprint function?
Answer: The display we sell is AMOLED screen, supports fingerprint function, and there is a fingerprint hole on the display. If your fingerprint sensor can be used on the old display, it can also be used after installing the new display.
Q2: How to activate the fingerprint function of the new screen?
Answer: After installation, you need to delete the old fingerprint and re-enter the new fingerprint. After the new fingerprint is entered, use the password to unlock it for the first time. Turn on the screen for the second time, and then use your fingerprint to unlock. Fingerprint function activated
Q3: Why can't I use the fingerprint function after installing the screen?
Answer: Our screens can only be shipped after fingerprint testing. If the fingerprint cannot be used, there are two situations: 1. The fingerprint sensor is damaged or the fingerprint hole is not installed correctly. The motherboard link cable 1 or 2 is faulty. Please try to replace the above parts, and then try to use fingerprints.

Shipping:
1. LCD screen is fragile and high value, if your order reaches 10pcs (except EMS and DHL orders), to avoid shipping damages, it will be separated into several packages with tracking numbers. It mainly depends on the order value and your country, we’ll inform you if your order would be separated into several shipments.
2. We always offer Aliexpress Standard shipping, it’s the most economical and safest shipping method.If you want a faster shipping method, you can choose DHL or EMS when you place the order. (The extra shipping fees have to be charged if destination address is on DHL remote Areas’ list.)
3. Order will dispatch within 48 working hours once the payment confirmed, we will inform you immediately when you purchased the products or color are not available. Warranty :
1. Once shipment arrived, please CHECK if the products in GOOD condition. If any damage of the package please do not accept the package and feedback to us.
2. All the products, 6 months warranty, 100% brand new and strictly tested before shipment. Please DO NOT INSTALL before Testing(ONLY Connect LCD to mainboard for testing). Please inform us WITHIN 3 DAYS after receiving the parcel if you are dissatisfied with products (Real pictures, videos and other evidence must be given, escpecially the "MS" tag to prove you bought the item for us), then we will offer replacement /refund services. WARRANTY VOID if LCD damaged after Installation. Order Non-Refundable! If you are satisfied with the products after testing. THEN you may install on your phone.
3. IF LCD Already Installed and find some issue. Please send us back within 3 days. If the LCD is NOT broken or damaged, we will send you the replacement (The return shipping fee will be paid by you, we will pay the shipping fee for resending.)
4. If the item is your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used /second –hand, we will Only offer replacement service after we get your return item.
