We just send the package by aliexpress online shipping, because this is mobile phone with battery, so we don't send by DHL/UPS/EMS express shipping. because hard to clearance the custom.
We provide 6 months warranty for your phone (All accessories are not in the warranty range) if the problem is not caused by artificial damage or improper use.
But we don’t offer warranty if customer open the phone or repair the phone without permission. Please show us the problem in details in the video, we will give best solution.

About Clearance the custom:
