1. To avoid burning the board, we will turn off the X and Y axes before shipping the product. When you receive the package, follow the instructions to insert it.
2. Due to the larger product size, this unit is provided as a kit. You need to assemble it yourself. Includes all tools and parts in the kit. Please provide an email address. We will send the assembly video of the machine.
3. Assemble according to the tutorial. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. The assembly is simple and the whole process is full of DIY fun.
4. The design of the machine is very reasonable. After assembly, no special debugging is required to start engraving. Maybe just twist the focusing screw of the laser head.
