Shipping
1. Item will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is verified.
2. The countries we can currently send to include the United States, the European Union, Russia,
Singapore, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. Customers in other countries please consult online customer service.
3. Orders from the European Union will be shipped from European warehouses (Germany or Czech Republic,Spain) and will take 2~7 business days to arrive. Russia, United States, Australia, Japan, Korea orders will be shipped from China, delivery may take 3~15 working days.
4. We use multiple carriers for fulfillment including (4PX, DHL, and CNE).
5. The item will be sent to your Register address ONLY, please make sure your address is confirmed.
Transit Damages
All items are shipped insured. Claims for damaged items during transit must be
reported within 3 days of arrival through our RMA system. You MUST keep ALL packaging materials (boxes, etc.) and items EXACTLY the way it was received for carrier's inspection.
Warranty Policy
All our units include a 1-year warranty.(Carplay box with 2-Year warranty)
If your item(s) are defective please send the message to us within 30 days for return to get refund or replacement. Within 3 months, You just need to return the defective one and we will send you a new unit.
This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone.No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.
Return and Refund
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send the message to us for instructions on how to return the package for a full refund or replacement.
Returns must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with shipping tracking number. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer. When you return the package,please inform us the tracking NO. at once. After seller confirmed the package, the buyer can get full refund or have a replacement.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE
