During the buying, you are kindly to note the following points -
1. about free shipping -
we provide free shipping service to most countries and areas, as delivery to some countries are much more expensive, and some models' package size are much bigger, so we will charge buyer certain extra price for delivery. Our free shipping exclusively includes door to door delivery from China to destination country, it does not contains other charge may happen, for instance, most countries will charge buyer customs fee, which is to be paid by buyer, we will not pay it. In case that buyer has special request for customs clearance, please kindly message us before ordering. Without buyer's prior notice, we will operate such shipment as per our experience.
2. about after-sale service -
we provide one year warranty. During the YEAR ever since the deal date, no matter for what reason the product needs return to China for repair, you are up to pay the freight from your country to China, after fixing it we will send it back to you at our cost, this is fair for both parties and it is well recognized by international business rules. Supposed it is new product arriving with damage or defect, our team will communicate with you, send spare parts to you for local repair,repairing fee local paid by buyer, in case that local repair is unavailable, you can return the product to us and pay the freight, after the repairing we prepay the freight and send it back
3. about delivery time -
generally speaking we need 2 - 7 days to prepare the goods after order confirmed, 4 - 6 days are needed for delivering to Europe & US & Australia, 6 - 10 to South America and 10 - 25 days to Brazil. SPSR service is used for Russian buyers and its delivery time is 14 - 32 days. These are general delivery time, once you could not receive the product within these given dates, please contact us for assistance asap, we will track and reply you without delay

DELIVERY ESTIMATE
