1) Languages:
In the phone language settings, maybe there only shows English and Chinese languages and some other langauges, but you can add other languages by yourself. If you don't know how to add your language, pls contact us to get guide; about mobile phone US and Korea version, U/U1/N version (for example: Samsung Galaxy S10 5G,G977U,G977U1, G977N). it just only support these langauges completely: Deutsch, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese. some other languages such as Russian, Polish, Hebrew, Arabic, etc,. just support partial in this phone, even you set your lanaguages correctly. it will show you about 50-60% English Menus (maybe more than 60%, it is depend on different langauges). but you can install your langauge like this, i show you method as follow: download an application called "MoreLocale2" from Google Play Store. the link is :

2) Test:
about phone function, we do not accept any dispute for test result from third partly APPlication, for example: phone info, IMEI info, Hardware test, and so on. these applications are not Samsung official app, so some results like "battery charged cycles", "Color" etc,. are not correct;
3) Waterproof:
The phone supports IP68, but sorry,samsung official said the waterproof is very limited, there have many strict conditions when you using, and i suggest you not put the phone in water, because if the phone get water inside, there is no warranty anymore, and we don't accept dispute because of IP68 or waterproof;
4) Internal Storage:
the internal storage maybe less than specification, for example, if your phone support 64GB ROM, but only 56GB-58GB can be used, it is normal because this phone installed many APPs and built-in systems;
5) Battery:
Battery capacity of the phone maybe less than standard, normally it would be around 95% more or less. we DO NOT accept any test result from third party application;
6) Repairment:
