What power options does the Kami Doorbell Camera support?
The Kami Doorbell Camera (EU) has 2 power options. You can power the Kami Doorbell camera by A/C power or the included rechargable battery.
What’s the difference between face detection and recognition?
Face detection allows you to see whenever a face shape has been detected and create an album of the faces seen, whereas face recognition can match the face with a person allowing you to see who it is.
How long does it take the battery to recharge the Kami Doorbell batteries?
It takes up to six hours for the battery to be fully charged when using the 5V1A adapter. Before you use the Kami Doorbell, we recommend that the battery is fully charged.
Can I use the camera on a 5GHz network?
Yes. The Kami Doorbell Camera supports 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi Connection to access real-time video and communicate in real-time. If you are busy, you may send a pre-recorded voice message of your voice. You can control everything from your YI Home/Kami Home app on your smartphone.
DELIVERY ESTIMATE
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
We deliver your orders in 15-20 working days (free shipping), International orders delivery is subjected to the policy of third party courier service, and differs from country to country basis.
