"Free Shipping" item will be posted by "China Post" Or "ePacket" registered air mail, items can be checked and tracked online.
The European and American countries shipping normally takes 7 to 21 business days. Most of the items will be delivered in 2 weeks , while there will be a delay for something we can not control (such as the bad weather). Other countries and regions usually takes 30-60 days. If it happens, just contact our customer service, we will help you check and resolve any problem.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
If we send the wrong style or the wrong color, we could refund you money or reship. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
