As all of our hats & caps are hand make, the finished cap may vary by approximately + 1cm in the specified measurements. And the caps are adjustable, still fit for most people. If you need special size, please contact with us directly.

Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc.
How ever, if you believe that the item received in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.

We do our best to serve our customers the best we can.and We use our best packing to protect the goods.
We will refund you if you return the items within 7 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund.
