Custom made dress need time sewing, after order about 7-15 days can ship ,if can not wait, please do not order! Custom made dress do not accept cancel and return! Some of standard size dress need time sew too, sew time about 3-7 days.

If you want fast receive, please choose DHL UPS EMS FEDEX or other fast shipping way, free shipping is slowest!

If the buyer needs more than one dress, please buy all the dresses you need at the same time. If you do not buy at the same time, there will be a small color difference problem. If the dress purchased at different times has different color problems, the seller is not responsible.

Custom made dress do not accept cancel and return,unless quality problem!

Custom size requires additional fees, you can contact customer service. Or order the "custim size" items directly.
Return and Refund:
If we send the wrong style or the wrong color, we could refund you money or reship. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
If the items can`t meet your need, we can also accept your return. The courier service freight should be paid by buyer.

If you need some of the goods returned, please be sure to keep return goods and accessories intact.

You need to take all the necessary logistics costs returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

We will declare the parcel as a gift at low value to avoid problems at the customs. Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller`s) return address. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
We deliver your orders in 15-20 working days (free shipping), International orders delivery is subjected to the policy of third party courier service, and differs from country to country basis.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays but we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
