2)Returning for Replacement or Refund
When you have received that dress, pls try it on and contact with us within 7 days. we would try our best to help you solve the problem.
If you are insisted on returing the dress, we would refund partial money to you and you would pay the shipping fees by yourself. hope you can undertand that all the dresses we made would be exactly as your requirements.
Dress is the Size you Ordered but doesn't fit you well but fit the measurements you gave,the dress couldn't be returned or exchanged.
As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams.you can let your local tailor to help you alter it at your own cost.
Pls note: if your order specifications differ from the final sizing request greatly,resizing may not be possible.
The settings of your computer screen may change the color of the pictures shown on color chart of my shop. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color. Pls contact customer service to see if a return or refund is possible.
DELIVERY ESTIMATE
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
