Warranty and Returns Policy:

1. This item is ALL BRAND NEW and in the original factory box and packing, all products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.

2. Normally we provide 1 years warranty for consumer to our LED lights. If the led lights were broken in two years due to quality issues, we will repair it for free. (Excluding items damaged or misused after receipt).

3. Before returning goods, please contacts us first to discuss the issues you are having. Meanwhile please tell us what the defect is, to eliminate improper use. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.

4. If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.

5. Generally, we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office and EMS rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT. Normally it will take 7-15 days to return goods to us by Post Office or EMS.

6. Return shipping fee be responsible from buyer.

1. We are Manufacturer of LED light for household, commercial and landscape accent. We provide OEM&ODM service and will manufacture according to your request.

2. We are here and ready to assist you with any question or concerns before or after your purchase

3. Service time: from 9:30am to 5:30pm PST, Monday thru. Friday (except holiday), your email will be replied next business day if receive after 5:30pm or during weekend. We do try to respond as quickly as possible. Due to time zone difference, please allow up to 2 business day to get your mail replied.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

We deliver your orders in 15-20 working days (free shipping), International orders delivery is subjected to the policy of third party courier service, and differs from country to country basis.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays but we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.
