Common problem
Q1: The player can not boot
A1: Check that the battery is no power and check the power adapter again. If you still can not boot, please contact our customer service.
Q2: Headphones can not hear the sound
A2: Check whether the volume is set to 0. Please check the headset connection is no problem
Q3: Serious noise
A3: Please check whether the plug of the ear / machine is clean and the dirt can cause noise. Check if the music file is damaged.
Q4: FM reception is poor
A4: Adjust the position of the headset and player. Close the nearby power unit. The headset can be used as an antenna

REFUND POLICY
If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
