2. The problem of chipping: (bad form of effectiveness)

Reason: Parameter setting is not suitable, blade material selection is not suitable workpiece rigidity is not good, blade clamping instability.
Measures: Check whether the parameters are set reasonably, according to the workpiece material selection of the corresponding tool.
3. Severe fracture: (very bad form of effectiveness)
