TERMS AND RETURN POLICY
1.Change Address - If you are requesting to change your address, please let us know ahead of time. Otherwise, your order will be shipped to the address that you provided in your order shipping address.
2.Cancelled Transactions - We can cancel transactions, just let us know so we can process it immediately. We can not cancel it if in case the item was already shipped.
3.Received Wrong Item/Not as Described - We're humans and we intermittently commit mistakes but we are keen to correct them, in a way that the buyer prefers. If the item received was wrong or not the same as shown in the product listing photos, we will require you to send actual photo/s of the item received, along with its packaging (showing the label on the package). This is our SOP, for us to be certain and for record purposes.
4.DOA/Damaged Upon Receipt - We make sure our items are properly packaged before shipping to avoid damages on the item. In case you received a damaged item, which might have been caused by shipping, please send us photos of the received item along with its packaging (showing the label on the package) for us to check and report immediately to our shipping department so they can take further action.
5.Defective/Incompatible - We get our items in bulk so there is a little chance that some would be defective. We require you to send us photo/s of the item received and also your original item (for incompatibility issues) so we can compare the items and conduct necessary actions. If you feel like you need to return an item, please let us know the REASON so that we can provide RMA instructions.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
We deliver your orders in 15-20 working days (free shipping), International orders delivery is subjected to the policy of third party courier service, and differs from country to country basis.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays but we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGED ITEM AND LOW QUALITY
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
