Shipping

Return and Warranty
1) All items are tested and in good condition before shipment.
2) If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us for replacement or refund upon your receipt of item.
3) For any personal reasons(non-seller's mistake) returning of refund, please contact us within 14 days. The returned items must be in original condition, and return shipping fee should be at buyer's cost. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item. Buyers are responsible for damages and losses during returning. If items are damaged when they are returned, buyers will not get a full refund.
4) We provide three-month maintenance. Defective items within warranty period can be returned. Buyers should bear the shipping cost. Please contact us for returning address. We will repair or exchange them ASAP.
5) Warranty does not cover items that are physically damaged or that are NOT under normal operation such as misuse and improper installation.
