Q$A:

一、Why can't I see it in "My Computer" after installing the hard disk?

1. The desktop computer needs to be connected with SATA cable and power cable, please pay attention to check;

2. Brand new hard disks generally need to be formatted before they can be used. It is recommended to select the diskgenius partition tool, "New Partition" or "Quick Partition" option. Except for the partition capacity, all other use default options.

二、 It is recommended to enable the AHCI mode in the BIOS before installing the system, and pay attention to 4K alignment when partitioning (selecting the newer version of diskgenius partition will default to 4K alignment).

三. It is recommended to install a system with a pure version of Win7 or higher, because it supports the trim command that comes with the SSD.
