What is the solder tin paste?

Also called solder paste, the English name is solder paste, gray paste. Solder paste is a new type of soldering material that emerges with SMT. It is a paste mixture formed by mixing solder powder, flux, and other surfactants and thixotropic agents. Mainly used in the soldering of electronic components such as PCB surface resistance, capacitors, and IC in the SMT industry.

How to use?

Since the product needs to be refrigerated to 0-10℃, it needs to be taken out and thawed before use, and the board should be preheated before use, so that the solder paste will be smoother
