Instructions:

●When casting, put the cast alloy in the crucible first, and then fix the grilled cast film on the support. Pay attention to make the sprue of the cast film face the hole of the crucible, and use a flame device to heat the gold to make the alloy Fully melted. At this time, the left hand holds the metal mound of the horizontal rod, and gently moves the horizontal rod to drop the jack and at the same time evacuate the flame. Due to the spring force of the horizontal rod, it rotates rapidly in the counterclockwise direction to remove the molten cast gold in the crucible. Under the action of centrifugal force, it is thrown into the casting film cavity to complete the casting.

Precautions:

installation:

●The installed countertop must be level and should be wooden countertop.
●The centrifuge base has four retention holes, which should be fixed on the wooden table with screws. Pay attention to fixing the corners, otherwise the base will be damaged due to uneven force.
●In order to ensure the safety of operators, a metal protective cover must be placed on the periphery of the centrifuge during work, and the height of the crucible should be 20-30CM higher than that of the centrifuge. Professional crucible tongs must be used.
