Passive PoE Injector/ Splitter

This is a Passive PoE Injector (or Splitter), you need an extra 5.5*2.1mm DC port Power adapter if you work it as a Injector. While if it works as a Splitter, you need another male to male DC cable, the port is 5.5*2.1mm (the DC cable is available in our store)

This Adapter only supports 10/100M connection, does not support gigabit ethernet connection, because "PoE" port use 4,5,7,8 pin as power transfer. Please do not connect any gigabit ethernet device on "PoE" port, orelse it will damage your device.

As a Injector, the "PoE" out port is an 802.3af, but it does NOT include the 802.3af compliant detection feature. It supplies power NO MATTER WHAT, so don't plug the "PoE" side into anything that isn't ready for it.

When works as Injector,this"PoE" out port is compatible with all 802.3af devices as Wireless Access Point, IP Phone, IP camera, Gateway , Switch, or More.....
