Note:


1. Please do not work higher than 80℃ otherwise it would affect the printing quality seriously.


2. Due to the thickness of the sticker, please adjust the height of your Z axis (high temperature of the nozzle will damage the sticker).


3. Compatible with PLA, WOOD, CARBON FIBER, TPU, not ABS or PETG.


4. Auto sensor can detect metal only, so it could not be used directly.


Package includes: 2pcs 310x310mm bed surface.

Heated bed temp:

Suggested heated bed temp: 50 or 60 degree. If the temp too high, it may get a little warped. If it's not heated, it may not stick to the heated bed. 

If it could not stick to the heated bed:

a. please check if the distance between the nozzle and bed too far. 

b. please check if the heated bed temp reach 50 or 60 degree. 

c. please paste some solid glue on it if possible.

If it is hard to remove the model: 

a. please heat it up to about 50 degree and wait for a while 

b. please remove it with a removal tool.

c. please clean it with some Degumming agent.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE

RETURN POLICY

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

REFUND POLICY

If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.

Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:

You can get a refund if:

  • You aren't happy with your order: You’ve purchased your MMO-Dropship products in the last 7 days and want to return them, we will process full refund as soon as possible when we receive the items from you
  • The product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional
  • You did not receive your product within 60 business days or 90 business days (South America) of purchase
