Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4: Can I have samples to test?
A: Yes,Of course ,mixed sample order is available. However ,free samples is not acceptable.
Q5. All products have a warranty?
A: Yes. All kinds of products at least 3-5 years warranty.
Q6. Can we design packaging?
A: Yes. Default is regular packing, we can make customer's own packing.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution
including re-call according to real situation.
DELIVERY ESTIMATE
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
We deliver your orders in 15-20 working days (free shipping), International orders delivery is subjected to the policy of third party courier service, and differs from country to country basis.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays but we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.
