This tap is made of HSS6542 material, which is stronger and more durable than ordinary taps.

When using this product for tapping, it can be used with manual equipment or special processing consoles, such as tapping machines, integrated drill bench drills, CNC lathes, machining centers, etc.

Precautions:

1. Please note that this is a left-hand tap.

2. Straight groove taps are used for through hole and shallow blind hole tapping, not for blind hole tapping.

3. Before tapping, it is confirmed whether the diameter of the round hole is appropriate. If the tap is tapped with a hole that is too small, the tap will be more unnecessary wear, which will increase the risk of tap breaking.

4. Control the speed according to the hardness of the material. The higher the hardness of the processed product, the slower the speed.
