Use:
This is a small straight groove tap, which can be used for tapping round through holes or shallow blind holes. Pay special attention to not being used for blind hole tapping.
This tap is made of HSS6542 material, which is stronger and more durable than ordinary taps.
When using this product for tapping, it can be used with manual equipment or special processing consoles, such as tapping machines, integrated drill bench drills, CNC lathes, machining centers, etc.
With this product, you can finish tapping on stainless steel, iron, aluminum, copper, general steel and other materials.
Special attention: This is a left-handed tap, the thread made is left-handed, please confirm that your requirement is to make a left-handed thread.

Precautions:
1. Please note that this is a left-hand tap.
2. Straight groove taps are used for through hole and shallow blind hole tapping, not for blind hole tapping.
3. Before tapping, it is confirmed whether the diameter of the round hole is appropriate. If the tap is tapped with a hole that is too small, the tap will be more unnecessary wear, which will increase the risk of tap breaking.
4. Control the speed according to the hardness of the material. The higher the hardness of the processed product, the slower the speed.
5. When tapping, it is necessary to add water or coolant to cool down to prevent excessive temperature from reducing the strength of the tap.
6. When the tap is working, if it encounters difficulty in rotation, the tapping should be suspended. Check the aperture and material again, and increase the cooling to reduce the risk of tap damage.
7. Please be sure to take protective measures when working, and you need to wear goggles, protective gloves, etc.

REFUND POLICY
