1, Q: How to confirm whether this product fits my car or not?

A: If not sure about fitment, please contact and send us your car pictures(front, back and whole car pictures), then we will check fit or not for you.

2, Q: Is this real 100% full carbon fiber material and dry carbon?

A: some spoilers are full Carbon fiber, but not all products in dry carbon, if you are cuirous about it, please contact us .

3, Q: Is the TAX included in the order charge?

A: Buyer is responsible for paying any local Customs taxes.If your item was returned due to customs issues, we can only refund for ITEM PART, so please track your parcel constantly, once get customs issue,please contact them in time to avoid returning, or we can only refund item part once returned.

4.Q: how much tax we need to pay?

A:In European country :all the items need import duty, which is 35-45 euro based on our small commercial invoice

In USA market: all the items do not need to pay import duty, if the total commercial invoice is less than 1000usd,  as our invoice amount will be 200usd ,so in USA market do not need to pay tax.

In Australia market: all the items do not need to pay import duty, if the total commercial invoice is less than 1000AUD,  as our invoice amount will be 200AUD ,so in Australia market do not need to pay tax.

and Holidayswill be processed on the Next business day. Please allow 10-21 days for international deliveries. Some

4. For defected items, return shipping cost and subsquent replacement shipping cost shall be borned by seller. Buyer must contact us with order number within 7days after the date of package arrived. No Claims will be accepted after 7 days.

We deliver your orders in 15-20 working days (free shipping), International orders delivery is subjected to the policy of third party courier service, and differs from country to country basis.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

REFUND POLICY

If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
