2.And please confirm all the other components in your laptop are good. The motherboard will not work if there are any defective components(CPU, rams, video cable, heat sink, LCD, AC adapter, power jack, daughter board, etc...). Sometimes a third party AC adapter or a short video cable can even damage you computer.

Q. How can I find the motherboard that is not displayed in your store?
A: Just tell us. We will try our best to find it. It’s almost impossible to display all the products as there are countless models.
Q. Do you provide warranty?
A. Yes, we do. We offer 90 days warranty to all the keyboards we sell and 30 days warranty to the motherboards as well as 160 days warranty to the laptop cooler fans. Defective products can be changed freely during the warranty.
Q. Do you offer wholesale price?
A. Yes, we do.
Q. What should I do if the goods has been damaged in transit?
A.( All our products will be packed in good condition before sending, so our goods are seldom damaged by the bad packing.)
Firstly, take some photos about the damaged package. Secondly, contact us. We will check that and if it is proved damaged we will send you another or refund. Please don’t open dispute.

Warranty & Return Policy
All our products have a warranty. Defective products can be changed during the warranty. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. We will change another one for you or refund your money back.
If you mistake the products, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can change it for you. But if your package has been sent, you need to cover all the expenses if you decide to change it.(including original freight, handling charges and the return freight, etc. ) We will be responsible only for the return shipping cost approved of the wrong products we sent.
A full refund (including shipping and handling charge) will be issued for any defective, damaged, or misrepresented item within 14 days.
