Ceramic heater, are made from a variety of high temperature resistant ceramic various forms (cross, ram, cylindrical cell type, etc.) as a supporting body, and then the surface treated with insulation heat wire winding ceramic surface or bury neri, electric heating and by radiation and to provide the required heat.

These ceramic elements can be used as spares & replacements,suitable for use on leister TRIAC S, lansite,bosite,etc, the heating wire is import from Europe ,high quality !

To relpace the element :

1.Loosen 4 srews on main nozzle of welding gun
2.Remove main nozzle

3.Remove Insulation tube 

4.Unplug heating element without twisting
5.Reverse the procedure to fit the new element

The insulation tube must always be used with the element
