When you install Clock hand, just press down the clock hand to the axis vertically,do not need to twist the hand.

Check three hands,make sure they didn't meet each other,first place three hands all point 12 and then adjust wheel gear to current time,when adjust take note that three hands move fluently,if meet split it

(A) Set the Time and Modody

1.Remove the battery cover.

2.Insert the AA batteries into marking in the battery compartment according the direction of (+)and (-) poles,Then turn the Time setting knob in the clockwise direction to the proper time.

3.Insert 2pcs A size batteries into the music box battery holder according the direction of (+)and (-) poles,Then press the "RESET" button.

4.The first chime/strike after the battery inserted is 6:00AM,it will strike 6 sounds,Press 4 times "SET" button continuously.(it means the chime for 7/8/9/10 o'clock).You will not hear the sound at this period,but actually the clock already finished the chime for 10 o'clock now.

5.Afterward the movement will working self-motion,when time run to 11 o'clock,the strike(chime) will be correct.

6.If it has wrong step during above operation,just re-press "RESET" button,and re-press "SET"button to adjust.

7.For each reput or change batteries it need to set the step 3.

(B)Melody Function

a)MONITOR

To demonstrate the hourly sound select the melody by e) button and press the "MONITOR button.

b)VOLUME:Rotary volum

c)SET:Chime Time Setting Button

After press one time"SET"button,the chime time will onward one hour,but after press one time"SET",The 4x4 mode will not work correctly during the first hour after time is set.However,after that,it works correctly.

(Such as now is 10:25,the chime only will working on 11:00,it can not working during 10:25-10:59 this period)

d)RESET:CHIME TIME RE-SETTING BUTTON

After press"RESET"button,the chime time will automatism set to AM 5:00,when the minute hand run to next 00 o'clock,it will spring the chime function,then it will play chime and striking when AM 6:00.

e)SELECT:Melody select

-AVE MARIA :Ave Maria + Striking at 00 min.

-4x4 WESTMINSTER:Westminster + Striking at 00 min; 1/4,2/4,3/4 Westminster at 15,30 and 45 min respectively.

-WESTMINSTER:Westminster + Striking at 00 min.

-BIM BAM:Bim Bam at 00 min.

(e.g.:at 1 o'clock,1 strike of Bim Bam;at 2 o'clock,2 strikes of Bim Bam,ect.)

f)SOUND:Sound ON/OFF select
