1. When connecting the power plug the brightness will auto adjust to highest, it's not the problem of the projector, This is the intent of the program;
2.
G4 has 3 wind speed grade. And the default Wind Speed is Medium, you can change it on the setting.
(Setting--Projection Setting--Wind Speed Grade)
If you change to low speed, after one or two hours' running, suggest turning it into Medium speed for a break. Because the projector is small in size, if the wind doesn't run completely, it may not good for the heat dispassion.
*You can lower the noise by adjusting the wind speed grade.
