Description

This is a drop in All Metal Conversion kit for V6 Printers. It requires absolute zero modification of the printer to install. Our uniquely designed cooling block reduces the area requirements for the heat sink. By installing thin titanium tubes inside the cooling block, heat can be dissipated faster while providing excellent thermal insulation between the heater and the cooling block. According to our test, the effect is the same as the crazy hot end, and it can print perfectly for PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU and other materials. For the aluminum heat sink, it means that the hot end can be lighter, and the copper plus heat sink will have a slight increase in weight, but the heat dissipation effect is better.

We recommend that two different material heat sinks can be selected for high temperature printing and low temperature printing to achieve the best Effect.

Hardened steel nozzles provide good abrasion resistance for carbon fiber printing and can be used longer. These copper nozzles are perfect for high temperature applications while working perfectly with everyday filaments like PLA, ABS and spool Works EDGE.

The newly upgraded titanium tube has bi-metal heat insulation. The m6 thread is made of copper, and the middle tube is made of titanium. The copper m6 thread helps the filament in the titanium tube to melt more easily and increase the flow rate. The titanium tube is used in the middle to reduce upward heat conduction and print blockage. , to improve print quality. It has better heat resistance than using stainless steel pipes. Heatsinks use aluminum or copper to help thermally dissipate heat quickly to the heatsink. Improve heat dissipation efficiency.

The titanium metal tube in the middle is produced by high-precision cnc, and the internal control finish is less than 0.3um. The special tube structure design helps less heat conduction upwards.
